Uptown Charlotte Real Estate

  • Time Warner Cable Arena – The Time Warner Cable Arena is a sprawling sports and entertainment venue that regularly hosts sporting events, concerts, and more. This state-of-the-art facility built by the City of Charlotte is home to the Charlottes Hornets and the Charlotte Checkers. Amenities at the Time Warner Cable Arena include a fan zone located in the Uptown Concourse, socializing areas like Rock the Rooftop and more. It was opened to the public in October 2005.
  • Levine Museum of the New South – Founded in 1991, the Levine Museum of the New South features comprehensive exhibits about the history of the South, covering important periods such as the Civil War. Aside from providing an avenue for kids and adults to learn about Charlotte and Carolina Piedmont history, the Levine Museum also aims to provide a historical context in the current issues people deal with today.
  • ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center–Located on 300 East Seventh St., ImaginOn opened in 2005 to provide a launching pad for young people to explore a number of topics, talents, and interests. Amenities include an interactive exhibit space, a teen-only library, a multimedia production studio, and two modern theatre spaces.
