Myers Park and Madison Park – Charlotte Neighborhoods

Myers Park sprung out of a cotton farm and was planned to become Charlotte’s “garden suburb” by landscape architect John Nolen. He was successful, as Myers Park is perhaps the most beautiful community in the city. To add to its allure, the neighborhood is home to a collection of brick Georgians, Craftsman, Bungalow-style, Colonial, and English Tudor-style residences that complement the natural landscape. Aside from single-family homes, Myers Park is also home to several upscale condos and lovingly restored older homes.

The residential community of Madison Park, on the other hand, is home to a collection of mid-century homes that add a dash of style to Charlotte’s lively real estate.
