When we got back to the house, the weather stripping was done, new locks and keys were sitting on the counter along with a nice housewarming gift, and Denis had already texted welcoming us home.
We had an issue with the house the day after closing and when I told Denis, he jumped right in and handled that too so we could focus on moving.
